In 2004 Richard Vincent, who at the time was responsible for the logistics and the site management of ARW Concrete Holdings, commonly known as Anchor Retaining Walls, saw the industry expand along with its safety requirements. There was a need for a professional CRB Installation Company, which could also understand the countries safety needs while working with retained slopes.
